Compliance language: the EHP program is a preventative care membership and self-insured medical expense reimbursement plan (SIMERP). It is not insurance. The prescription benefit is a discount plan. The program provides tax incentives via Section 125 pre-tax elections and Section 105(b) reimbursements - not tax credits. No out-of-pocket cost to the employer or employee on a properly structured implementation.
