Healthier Workforce
About us

An independent affiliate, not a vendor.

Healthier Workforce Partners helps US employers evaluate the EHP preventative care plan - without the sales theater that usually comes with benefits products.

What Healthier Workforce Partners does

We introduce qualified employers - typically with 25 to 2,500 W-2 employees - to the EHP / Revive Health preventative care plan. We sit in on the discovery call, help interpret the proposal once your payroll census is run, and support you through the onboarding stretch where most benefits rollouts get stuck. After implementation we remain available for follow-up questions, change-in-status events, and renewal conversations.

Why this exists

Two and a half years of looking at the preventative care plan market turned up a lot of products that looked similar on the surface - Champ, Capstone, Oasis, a dozen white-labeled variants - and almost all of them were structured as fixed-indemnity plans. The 2023 IRS Chief Counsel Memorandum (CCM 202323006) made clear what most serious benefits attorneys had already concluded: the indemnity-structured version of this category creates audit risk and doesn't deliver the tax outcome the vendors advertise.

EHP's program was the only one we found that was actually structured the way the IRS describes a compliant preventative care reimbursement plan: as a SIMERP, with a real Section 125 election, real Section 213(d) qualifying medical expense documentation, and a real Section 105(b) reimbursement mechanism. That's the program we work with.

We declined to build a downline or recruit other affiliates. The economics of that model push affiliates to sell hard, and it changes what a prospect's first conversation feels like. We'd rather have a smaller number of well-fit employer clients than a large organization built on pressure.

How Healthier Workforce Partners works with you

The first interaction is usually a 30-minute discovery call. EHP's presenter walks through the program structure and answers your specific questions; we sit in to contextualize for your business and to handle the follow-through. If it's a fit, you share a payroll census and EHP returns an exact proposal. If it's not a fit, we say so - there are several reasons a business might be wrong for this program, and we'd rather tell you that early than waste your time.

Once implementation starts, EHP/Revive handles employee enrollment, telehealth visits, pharmacy, and member services directly. We coordinate, follow up, and stay in your contact list for the long term.

What Healthier Workforce Partners is not

  • Not an insurance broker. We don't sell health insurance and we're not licensed to.
  • Not a financial advisor. Talk to your CPA before adopting any new benefits program.
  • Not a tax attorney. Talk to your benefits counsel about the SIMERP plan document.
  • Not a recruiter. We are not building a downline of affiliates and not interested in being approached about that.

We earn a per-employee-per-month referral fee from EHP for employers we introduce who enroll. The fee continues only while your employees remain enrolled, which aligns our interest with the program working for your business long-term.
